Q: Are graphics safe to run through an automatic carwash?
A: Yes, the graphics that we sell are safe in an automatic carwash as long as you install
them correctly. We suggest that you handwash your car for the first 2 weeks after the
install so the adhesive system can set.

Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: It usually takes us 1 day to process your order.

Q: How long will shipping take?
A: We are located in N.Y., so east coast orders usually take 3-4 days shipping time &
west coast orders take 5-7 days shipping time. We ship with USPS.

Q: Can i order by phone?
A: No, sorry, we are not setup to take phone orders at this time. Credit card orders are handled through paypal. Paypal uses secure logins & encrypted transmissions so your
credit card will be secure.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns will be accepted for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if item is in new
condition. Customer will pay for return shipping. You must provide a letter explaining the
return with your contact information on it including the email address you ordered with.

Q: Will vinyl graphics harm the paint on my car?
A: No, our vinyl graphics are similar to any factory installed automotive decal.
